What’s New for the 2020 Nissan Sentra?
We shared news recently that the 2020 Nissan Sentra was unveiled with a new design that we are excited to see in person once it arrives to dealers sometime in late January 2020. To prepare you to get behind the wheel, we wanted to share with you what you can expect and some of what’s new for the 2020 Nissan Sentra model.
Generally speaking, the Sentra is built on a whole new platform for 2020 that helps improve the overall appearance of the model and gives it some added width. This allows for Nissan’s signature V-motion grille and sleek LED headlights.
New Engine Specs and Interior for the 2020 Sentra
The model has a new 2.0-liter engine that increases power considerably compared to its predecessor. It will put out 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque for a balanced driving experience. This is paired with a new independent suspension and rack electric power steering system.
Inside, the 2020 Sentra is fully new too. If you want opulence, you can get heated front seats with leather, as well as heated outside mirrors. An 8-inch touch screen stands at the center of the dashboard, giving your eyes an easy view of infotainment and vehicle information while keeping them within view of the road ahead. Meanwhile, those outside the vehicle will be able to enjoy one of a whole range of new colors for the 2020 model. These include some two-tone combinations with the floating roof.
More information about the 2020 Nissan Sentra will no doubt be coming out in the coming weeks. Until then, this will have to do, but it’s enough to get us all excited to see the car in-person.
