• Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Have Full Coverage Insurance

What You’ll Need to Reserve a Loaner

To secure your loaner vehicle, we’ll need a few things on file – quick and easy. Payment can be made with a credit card or debit card, and while there’s no deposit required, your vehicle being serviced acts as the collateral.

To ensure your rental is ready when you need it, please send the following documents as soon as possible:

• A Photo of Your Driver’s License
• A Copy of Your Active Insurance Card
• A Photo of the Front and Back of Your Credit or Debit Card

Heads up: We operate as a prepayment rental department. That means we prepay in three-day increments. If your vehicle is returned earlier than expected, we’ll issue a refund for the unused days.
